Transaction status may vary between different level of technical incompetents from service providers or unconfirmed actions.

• Your transaction may fail upon any of the following circumstances; Pending, unconfirmed and declined.
• Affected users may contact support immediately for complaint or otherwise hold if transaction reads completed.

Company's Liability

We shall not be personally liable for any negligent or reckless act by a Customer or Agent who disclosses his/her details to a third party either knowly or otherwise, which may occassion any loss to such Customer or Agent while using our services.

Account Status

However, if your account is suspended due to violation of any terms & conditions, your wallet balance will be forfeited.
